in regards to point one..I never knew that we could use people's name in the game...just played along since u guys were using it..but u can see that I didn't use any names if I can remember correctly...I would like to suggest no names or brands with no basis in any dictionary should be played...so just stick with words notbrand/names I guess it's better and it would end all the confusion.
